Tom Numbere Jr. has more than fifteen years of Operations, Departmental, and Project Management experience spanning multiple industries including legal, financial, industrial, educational, and pharmaceutical. His specialties include infrastructure improvement, strategic planning, contract negotiation, budget analysis, risk and benefit analysis, and process improvement. Tom is also an internationally certified trainer with over eleven years of experience delivering technical and non-technical instruction.

In numerous firms as both a consultant and an employee, Tom has effectively recruited and deployed cross-functional teams enabling the companies to reach strategic goals while maintaining exceptional customer service and day-to-day operational quality.

Donna is a results oriented, take-charge professional with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. With over 25 years management experience and more than 15 years in technology training and sales, Donna is a creative problem-solver with the ability to see the big picture, develop appropriate strategies and implement new procedures to achieve client goals.

Donna serves as President of the Chicago Chapter of theNational Alliance of Market Developers, and as Advisory Board Chairperson for the Chicago First Black inventors Entrepreneur Organization.

In 2007 Donna was honored to be included in Who’s Who in Black Chicago as one of Chicago’s notable entrepreneurs.

Steve Bellinger
Director of Technology

Primary Webmaster; Steve, an IIT alum, has designed and built numerous award winning websites over the past decade. He was building e-commerce enabled sites before most people knew what e-commerce was. Steve oversees (or personally builds) all PCG websites and e-commerce portals.

Steve is also a master applications trainer; He has developed custom training materials for proprietary software. Steve is known for his ability to designing and developing course material as well as training all levels from beginner to advanced, in schools, major corporations and national organizations.  In addition, Steve is a sought after SME in the use of Microsoft applications.
